BAMA Emergency Steering Clinic Coming Soon

April 16, 2022: Save the Date! Building on the success of last year's emergency steering clinic, BAMA is repeating this live on the water exercise on April 16th in the South Basin. Participants will pull their rudders, simulating a rudder failure, deploy their preferred method of emergency steering, and attempt to sail around a short course (out and back, upwind / downwind). Highly recommended for all inshore and offshore sailors. You never know when you may lose your rudder, but after the clinic you will be ready if you do.
